And that 2500W? It packs a punch. It’s all about concentrated heat, so you can warm a specific spot without turning the entire room into a sauna. The compact 300mm size is a bonus, too. It slips right into existing brackets and reflector housings, so you don’t have to re-engineer your whole setup.
The Stuff It’s Made Of
The tube itself is quartz, and that’s not by accident. It handles extreme heat swings without cracking and lets that infrared energy pass through cleanly. Inside, the halogen cycle does its job, keeping the filament stable. The payoff is simple: the light stays consistent over the tube’s life, and you don’t have to deal with it darkening over time. Then there’s the R7s end-cap. It’s the industry standard, which is exactly why we use it. It gives you a solid, secure fit and a clean electrical connection. Swapping out a tube is a quick job—no wrestling with tricky terminals.

This setup is made for industrial wall-mounted heating where time is everything. Infrared heat means you feel the warmth almost instantly. And the halogen tube is tough—it just keeps going, even when you’re flipping the switch on and off all day. It’s dependable, even in rough conditions. Just a couple of things to keep in mind.
